We’re the banana skin team this season. We regularly roll over for every shitty Championship-style team that gets in our face and doesn’t give us time in the ball.

I’m not as confident as I should be about this one.

Absolutely no excuses at all today. 60000 people to watch us lose at home to Huddersfield? Do me a favour.

A 6-0 win would wipe out our negative goal difference. Unlikely but I expect us to be three points better off by 5pm and onwards to a low 50 points season finish.

Are there any old school street stalls near the ground that you can buy badges/hats/scarves and stuff like outside the Boleyn? Said I’d pick something up for my little one, but the club shop stuff is that cracking combo of a bit shit and expensive

3-0
With lots of flicks and tricks from the front 4 or 5. The defence should have a quiet afternoon.

Huddersfield are shocking, I can't imagine them getting promoted next year or ever again.

I expect Huddersfield and their fans know they are gone and this sometimes relaxes teams.
And if anyone can give a struggling team a boost it’s us.
Expect once they go they won’t return and it’s a miracle they got up in the first place
And a bigger one that they have survived to have a second season

Interested in seeing Philip Billing today. 22 yo Danish midfielder with something about him who along with Mooy will be in some sort of demand.

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Huddersfield - Official Match Thread
Fucking hope Arnautovic starts.

Unless this ‘new deal’ was just on the proviso he can go in the summer, then there’s no point in ‘teaching him a lesson’ by leaving him out. We are just cutting our noses off to spite our own faces. IF he’s playing the cunt then why the hell did we re-sign him? Either way it’s a stupid situation.

He’s by far and away our best striker, even if he is being difficult. It’s so frustrating that as soon as Lanzini comes back there’s a problem with one of the other too players and we never end up seeing them play together properly as intended.

AC is shot long since. Luckily, this time, he cannot be 'injured' and avoid sale / stay on our books doing bugger all. At season's end he will be gone. If he then (ever) gets fit and plays again, good luck to him. It won't be our problem. We have to accept he won't be sold and just pull the plug. No doubt he is 'playing the game' to ensure any future deals he signs line his own pocket and not WHUs.
